Healing IBS. If you find yourself having bathroom worries every time you eat, peeing five times a night, or mapping out your excursions depending on the locations of public bathrooms, there is help. Its called gut-directed hypnosis and it has no side effects.
“I now tell my body to wait when I’m out shopping. It’s working so much better than the stressing and telling myself I hope I don’t have an accident! ” – Watsonville, CA
Healing IBS through gut-directed hypnosis has been researched the last 35 years extensively and shown to reduce symptoms in 80% of cases. Because of these excellent results, the American College of Gastroenterology states there is evidence that hypnosis helps with IBS symptoms and NICE in the UK directly recommends its use for those patients that do not respond to standard medical care. What’s interesting about using hypnotherapy with irritable bowel syndrome is that the improvements continue after treatment climbing from 80% improvements to over 90% one year after receiving treatment. The improvement in children with IBS after one year is even more significant.
